My favorite blog post of the month!
Today was a great day.
I didn't do that much.
But I'm super sleepy already.
I might have gone to bed at 6pm.
But, I forced myself to stay awake.
And here I am blogging.
At 8:45pm.
Which in daylight savings time is 9:45pm.
My geriatric self can't WAIT til tomorrow night.
For now, 10 on 10.
10 ordinary moments in an ordinary day.
Although, I think no day is really that ordinary.
Here's what I did today....
Started the day with quiet time.
Bible in a year.
Still on track.
Kind of excited about that!
(Genesis, Ezra, Nehemiah, Esther, Matthew, Mark, Luke, Acts, Romans, and 1st Corinthians: COMPLETE).

Please note the Snoozing Schnoodle.
Yes.
This is a picture of my toilet.
On my blog.
The reason being, I replaced the toilet seat.
By myself.
I feel like a deserve an award.
Homeowner of the year, right here!
It was a gorgeous day.
Off to pick up my friend Monica.
My friend from church, Monica, and I spent the day together.
We got a LOT of errands in.
Target.
Bed Bath & Beyond.
Old Navy.
Costco.
And dropping off an orchid to a lady who needed a little cheer.
Monica told me her pi's were 'broken'.
I am an advocate for quality pi's.
So we got her some new ones.
With cute little Snoopy on them.

Then we had my favorite lunch ever.
Monica's treat!
Costco hot dog and a soda.
She said I was a cheap date.
It's true.
$1.50 is all it takes to make me happy.

I dropped her back at home with
a trunk full of groceries, and other necessities.

Monica and her husband JM have quite the plant collection.
This one is carnivorous.
Right before I took this picture, it devoured an ant.
Saturday's I have a standing date with Joe.
Trader Joe.
Here's a glimpse at a single lady's grocery cart.
Just the basics.
I'm kinda crazy excited about my new scarf organizer.
A little treat to myself that I got at Bed Bath & Beyond.
That about wraps it up.
After I took this I spent the rest of the afternoon fighting a nap.
Or bedtime.
Which...speaking of...
goodnight!
Linking up right here, you should too!
The toilet LOL! Yes, superwoman, way to go conquering that thing! :)
